World's First Floating City

The Florida-based company Freedom Ship International is seeking $1 billion in capital funding to start building a city within a ship ? complete with residences, shopping venues, schools and a hospital ? that sails constantly around the world. The ship would measure 4,500 feet long and 350 feet high, according to the company.
