Aishwarya Rai: No one does traditional better than Ash. Remember her Indian look in Jodha Akbar? The lehengas have intricate designs, complemented with bead work and heavy embroidery. The colours used were warm tones of saffron, emerald, copper, brown, and henna red. So, if you want to look like the perfect Indian bride, here’s a hint.

Rani Mukherjee: Most of Rani’s bridal wear is dominated by reds. Be it heavy worked saris in Paheli or the typical north Indian lehengas, red has been ‘the’ colour for her. Bright colours liven up the photos.

Kareena Kapoor: In real life, Bebo’s bridal attire is said to have an old charm, but onscreen, she loves experimenting. Apart from the cliché colors, try your hands at oranges and dashing pinks teamed with shades of reds. These colours do intensify the look of the dress, be it a sari or an Anarkali suit! Complement this with bronze make up, and voila, you have Kareena’s looks!
