Sun, sea and sand are an irresistible combination for photographers. So we challenged our Flickr shutterbugs to share the best pictures from India's long coastline. From the staple Goa seascape to little-known beaches in the Andamans and Odisha, we received a tsunami of submissions. Here are the best, handpicked by our travel team.

Chandrabhaga Beach, Konark, Odisha, is one of the cleanest beaches of India, with its long shoreline stretch and serene horizon. It is 4 km from the World Heritage Site of Konark.
